主要学术经历:
  长江学者特聘教授、国家重点基础研究计划973项目首席科学家、天津大学精密测试技术及仪器国家重点实验室博士生导师。主要研究领域包括微纳加工、超精密加工、复杂曲面加工和精密测量。应邀在中、美、德、日、新等国家召开的国际制造领域主要会议发表大会主题报告及特邀报告50余次。作为项目或课题负责人先后承担国家基金委重大计划重点项目、国家重点基础研究973计划项目、863计划重点课题及企业合作项目。现任国际生产工程院(International Academy for Production Engineering)Fellow、英国工程委员会特许工程师(Charted Engineer of Engineering Council, UK)、《国际纳米制造技术学报》(International Journal of Nanomanufacturing)主编
